Darren Brinkley - Founder and President.
Darren founded REAL building in 2007 and has been involved in the green building industry for more than 4 years. He currently serves on the boards of the U.S. Green Building Council's Gulf Coast Chapter and Pinellas Living Green inc, Mayor Pam Iorio's Environmental Roundtable, the USGBC's Gulf Coast Chapter's LEED for Homes committee and is a frequent speaker and participant in local green building and sustainable events.

Taylor Ralph, LEED AP - VP of Business Development.
Taylor has more than 3 years experience in green building and LEED certified projects. He has a Masters Degree in International Business from the University of Florida and is a qualified LEED Accredited Professional with experience in both residential and commercial projects having certified the first LEED home in the Tampa Bay area.

Frank Pohl , PE, LEED AP - Technical Director. Charlottesville, VA.
Frank has over 17 years in the construction and engineering industry. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Florida, and earned his Master of Engineering and Building Construction degrees from the University of Florida and is a qualified LEED Accredited Professional with experience in both residential and commercial projects.

Amber Overby-Brinkley- PR and Marketing Director.
Amber has been involved in Public Relations and Marketing within the development and green building industry for the past 5 years.

Based in Tampa Bay, FL, and Charlottesville, VA.

St Petersburg, Florida - We believe that green building requirements, including hurricane and flood safety, are very specific to our area and as a locally-based resource, we are best placed to help you design, plan and certify Florida homes.

Charlottesville, Virginia -We are centrally located to serve clients from the coastal areas to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
